Follow these steps to reset the password to UM Campus Systems


Important!!! You must have logged in at least once in order for the below steps to work. If you have never logged in and need help with a password, please submit a helpdesk ticket at https://universityofmobile.freshdesk.com


  1. Open a Browser (Google, Safari, Microsoft Edge)
  2. Go to https://office.com and sign in.
  3. Select your name, on the bottom left of the screen
  4. Select "View Account"
  5. On left menu, select "Change Password"
  6. Follow the on screen prompts



**It could take up to 30 minutes for the password to synchronize across all systems. However access to Office 365 systems, such as emails and self-service, should work instantly.**
