Please follow the directions below for self-service password changes.
- log in using your umobile domain credentials “the user name and password for logging into campus computers”
- U:yourdomainusername P:yourdomainpassword
**NOTE**: Users who have not changed their domain password, in the last 100 days, will need to contact helpdesk.umobile.edu to have their domain passwords changed in order to use this site.
Once logged in, please click enroll now or select the Enrollment Tab on top of the screen and fill out the questions asked.
To reset your password, please log out and select "Reset Password" on the bottom of the login screen of the password change website http://passchange.umobile.edu:8080
You can also download the app by clicking on the “Enrollment” Tab and click on the “mobile access” box in the upper right of the screen. Just scan the QR code for apple or android and download. Once downloaded to your mobile device, scan the bottom QR code for auto configuration.
When the App is up and running
- Login with domain user name and password
- Click on the little face in the upper left corner and select "Enrollment"
- Fill out the questions
Once completed, you will be able to change your own password from the app or website. This password will work for Office365, Outlook, Outlook for IOS, RamsMail and domain computers on campus logins.
